I recently had some heating work carried out and I’m very pleased with the service. The 3-port motorised valve was replaced because it had started leaking and was giving off a burnt smell. At the same time, the heating circulation pump was replaced as it had become very noisy and sounded like a tractor when running. The work was carried out efficiently and everything was explained clearly. The system is now running much quieter and properly again. During the visit, some dirt and sludge in the system was identified, so I will be booking a power flush as the next step to improve the system further.
